FRM考试内容有一定难度，但是每年通过率FRM一级能达到42%左右，FRM二级能到50%左右；因此资料全面情况下并不是很难学。
1、从通过率看考试难度
从FRM考试历年的通过率来看，这么多年FRM一级考试通过率基本在40%以上，而二级在50%左右，整体通过率并不高。
并且FRM考试通过没有具体及格分数，它是按照一定的比例计算选择通过人数，这样会进一步的增加考生通过难度，只有答题越多的人才能通过。

FRM考试内容基本上属于重新学习一遍学科，其中的内容是比较繁杂，而且十分注重理解，这不是一个只做题就可以通过的考试！
